Hi, I'm Vagelis

My first camera was my father's old one, and it all started with a magazine I was reading.

I have been a professional photographer since 2017, and I don't do it alone: there is Dimitris, a friend and partner from the start, and the whole FotoPaths team. Together we have done more than 400 weddings and 250 christenings.

At a wedding we are a team, with an assistant when needed. We do photography, video and drone footage.

In the preparations and the shoot on the day after (next day), my photographs have more of a fashion feel. During the ceremony and at the reception I shoot as reportage.

On the wedding day we have a really good time with the couple. I joke a lot, and I usually tell them they will probably never get their photographs, because they all came out black. They laugh, they relax, and by the end of the day we are all feeling great.

What couples usually ask me before booking is whether I will be there myself. I will. You want the person you spoke to, whose photographs you have seen, and that is why I never book two weddings on the same day.

I don't have one wedding that stands out. They all matter to us, and we give each one the same energy and the same enthusiasm.

I'm based in Athens and we work in Attica, Volos, the Peloponnese, Northern Greece, the Cyclades, the Ionian Islands and Crete. If you are planning something, send me the date and the venue: I will reply myself within 24 hours.
